If you would like to download and print out my notes for personal use only, please follow the link below.  The notes should send through to your email address automatically (experience shows that the email might be categorised as spam by some service providers, so you may need to check your spam folder in order to retrieve it).

The notes that you order are identical to the previews in terms of content; however, they can be printed for personal use (subject to the copyright notice here) and do not contain the "Do not copy" watermark.  All payments are processed via PayPal, and the notes will send through to the email address that you have registered with PayPal.  Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase the notes directly from me, if you have any questions or problems, or if you order notes but they don't arrive automatically, please contact me.

The following might sound obvious, but because it has caused problems for a number of people over the past twelve months I shall say it anyway. These notes are sent via email: this means that if you enter your email address incorrectly, or if you enter an email address to which you do not have access, then you won't receive them!
