Hundreds of people visit this website every week. A number of visitors contact me to ask for advice and I always try to respond promptly and to help in any way that I can - and a few (I am always surprised by how few!) take the trouble to reply and thank me for my assistance. Although I ask for a token payment from those who wish to download printable copies of my notes, these (and many other resources) are freely available to read on the site - as they have been, in various forms, since these pages came into being in 2006. And that will not change.
